About the activity

 

The Department for the Improvement and Management of Waste Landfills is a structural subdivision of the Ministry of Ecology, environmental protection and climate change of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

The Department for the Improvement and Management of Waste Landfills operates on the basis of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Nature Protection" and "On Waste", on ecology and environmental protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as on the basis of the Regulations of the Ministry of Ecology, decisions of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions and instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions and instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers, orders and instructions of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

The Department for the Improvement and Management of Waste Landfills works in cooperation with all structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

The Department for the Improvement and Management of Waste Landfills interacts with public organizations and the population, provides them with methodological assistance, jointly organizes the work of inspectors in the field of environmental protection, provides practical assistance.
