1. The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Sustainable Solid-Waste Management Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding
   is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

1. The Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic
   of Uzbekistan (“the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply
   of the following:

Lot – 1: Bulldozer (10 units);
Lot – 2: Wheel Loader (10 units);
Lot – 3: Crawler-Mounted Excavator (10 units);

1. Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage:
   One-Envelope procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described

Successful completion as main supplier within the last five years (2020-2024) of at least two contracts each valued at equiv.:

For Lot – 1: $2.1 million;

For Lot – 2: $0.9 million;

For Lot – 3: $1.5 million;

with nature and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section 6 (Schedule
of Supply) of the Bidding Document.
