In order to improve the efficiency of women's work, the Ministry of Ecology, environmental protection and climate change has created a "Women's Club". Within the framework of this club, various seminars and trainings are held with the participation of psychologists - active and mature specialists. In their profession, we can say that women were given practical assistance in finding solutions to many issues and problems of our time.

 

In order to improve the life of women and their joint cultural leisure, various events have been and are being held in recreation centers.

 

In connection with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further accelerate the work on systemic support for families and women" DP-87 dated March 7, 2022, a number of works on women's issues have been launched in organizations subordinate to the ministry and in territorial departments, including more than 30 percent of the employees working in the central office of the ministry are women.

 

Today, most of the women working in the ministry system are improving their professional qualifications, holding the positions of head of department, deputy head of department and other various positions.

 

Apart from being encouraged and fairly appraised for their actions, it is commendable that the female employees were awarded badges and other awards.
