Ministry of Ecology, environmental protection and climate change of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Copying of information (quoting of certain information or messages in the media) posted on the Portal of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the Portal) is permitted provided that a link to the source of such information is provided.

 

Information materials directly accessible from the Portal are the state property of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless otherwise established by the legislation on information, informatization and protection of information. The specified information materials contain open access information subject to protection in accordance with the legislation on copyright and related rights. The specified information also cannot be considered as an object for use for commercial purposes.

 

When switching from the Portal to external hyperlinks of information resources, the Internet user leaves the Portal. The Portal is not responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the information posted on external information resources, as well as for the frequency of updating the relevant information in their composition.

 

Individuals and legal entities wishing to place a hyperlink to the Portal on their information resources (including elements of catalogs, headings, graphic banners, etc.) must obtain the consent of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan

 

Owners of information resources who have placed a hyperlink to the Portal:

may not provide false information related to the provision of a hyperlink to the Portal;
may not place information or other materials on the resource containing a hyperlink to the Portal that do not correspond to the goals and principles of the Portal.
