Illegal Hunting Stopped in the Akhangaran District

The Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of Akhangaran District, Tashkent Region, conducted another routine inspection.
During the inspection in the mountainous area of the “Alisher” mahalla, an incident of illegal hunting of wild birds by citizen A.Sh. using nets was detected. The offender was apprehended on the spot.
An administrative report was drawn up against A.Sh. under Part 4 of Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Liability.
The collected materials have been sent to the Akhangaran District Criminal Court for legal assessment of the situation. The birds were released back into the wild.
