It should be noted that on October 20 of this year, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted Decree No. 308  “On Additional Measures for the Further Development of the State Language.” The document is aimed at ensuring the full and effective use of the possibilities of the state language in all areas of the country’s socio-political life, improving the system of teaching the Uzbek language in educational institutions, enhancing its status as a language of science, preserving its purity, and continuously enriching its lexical fund.

In addition, the decree provides for the active integration of the state language into the field of modern information technologies and communications, the effective use of artificial intelligence, strengthening the international prestige of the Uzbek language, developing international cooperation, as well as creating favorable conditions for learning the state language by representatives of all nations and ethnic groups living in the country, and by compatriots abroad.

During the event, employees wrote a dictation in Latin script on the topic “My Uzbek Language — My Native Language.” The text particularly emphasized the ancient history of the Uzbek language, its rich cultural heritage, and the contribution of great enlighteners who created works in this language.
