The Department of Ecology of the Jizzakh region has studied the condition of the Mirzachul Agroklaster Group LLC cotton gin plant. During the study, it turned out that the company emits more dust into the atmosphere than the norm.
For information, to date, this business entity has been warned three times about the inadmissibility of atmospheric pollution: on January 26, January 30, and March 29, 2024. However, the flaw has not been eliminated.
In this situation, a protocol was drawn up against the head of the enterprise N.S. for violation, provided for in Part 6 of Article 197 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, and sent to the Mirzachul district court. According to the relevant court decision, an administrative fine in the amount of 3 BCV was applied to the head of the enterprise.
Documents on the termination of the company's activities have also been sent to the Mirzachul district court.
