During the operation, a Ford vehicle was stopped in a desert area of the district carrying three citizens who had been illegally cutting and transporting saxaul.

The case was reviewed by the Shafirkan District Criminal Court. Citizen A.S. was sentenced to 10 days of administrative detention for disobeying lawful orders, resisting enforcement officers and attempting to escape.

In addition, the court imposed fines for disobeying lawful orders: three offenders who illegally cut saxaul, as well as another individual who interfered in the situation, were each fined 5 BCV (2 million 60 thousand sums).
