A Case of Illegal Quail Hunting Was Detected in Akkurgan District

During the raid, it was established that citizen A.A., using a prohibited hunting tool — a net, illegally captured 15 quails in a field cleared of grain crops. This incident constitutes a violation of Article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Protection and Use of Wildlife.”
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the offender under Part 4 of Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the case materials were referred to court for legal assessment.
Furthermore, the quails seized from the violator were released back into the wild in the presence of witnesses. At the same time, the environmental damage caused by the violation, amounting to 3 million 90 thousand sums, was recovered in accordance with the established procedure.
