Measures Taken Against Individuals Involved in Illegal Soil Extraction in Jizzakh Region

During one of the raids, cases of illegal soil extraction were uncovered. In particular, in the Gallaaral District, a citizen identified as O.S. was found illegally removing soil using a loader under his control from reserve lands located in the "Kashkabulok" mahalla (neighborhood) in the settlement of "Qoraqo‘ylik".
An administrative protocol was drawn up in respect of the offender under Article 70, paragraph 1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and a fine of 11 BCV - 4 million 125 thousand sums was imposed. In addition, the damage caused to nature was estimated at 2 million 450 thousand sums. In total, the violator will have to pay a total of 6 million 575 thousand sums.
In another case, on the territory of the same mahalla, citizen A.Sh. was stopped at the moment of illegal extraction and export of soil. An administrative protocol was also drawn up in respect of him under Part 1 of Article 70 of the CoAR and a fine was imposed in the amount of 11 basic calculation value - 4 million 125 thousand sums.
