Action taken against individual who filmed fish inside car hood

A video circulated on social media showing a man placing protective film over the hood of his car, filling it with water and putting live fish inside. The incident sparked widespread public outrage and condemnation from users online.
The case was reviewed by the Ministry of Ecology in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Following an investigation, it was determined that the offense was committed by a resident of Tashkent, I.N.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the individual under Part 1, Article 111 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. He was issued a fine equivalent to 3 BCV, amounting to 1,125,000 sums.
