Experience in Internal Communication Presented at the V National Conference of Press Services

From the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change, the conference is being attended by the Minister’s Advisor on Information Policy, Lola Rakhmanbayeva, as well as press secretaries from the Ministry’s subordinate organizations.
The conference was opened by Asadjon Khodjaev, Director of the Agency of Information and Mass Communications under the Presidential Administration. In the first part of the session, a joint presentation was delivered by Lola Rakhmanbayeva and Sevara Zakirova, Press Secretary of the Agency for the Development of Public Service. Their presentation focused on the topic: “Institutionalizing Internal Communication in Information Services: Corporate Models and Effective Interaction Channels.”
The presentation highlighted the following key aspects:
Corporate communication models and the organization of internal information flows;
Use of various communication channels, systematic feedback, and effective internal interaction methods;
Development of professional skills aimed at building an internal environment based on leadership and mutual trust.
Special attention during the session was given to international media practices. Munisa Asilkhodjaeva, Press Secretary of the Tourism Committee, and Usmon Abdurasulov, Head of the Information Service of the State Committee on Statistics, shared their experiences in working with foreign media. They discussed strategies for engaging with international media, the specifics of cross-border information policies, as well as the requirements and standards for publishing materials on global platforms.
In addition, the conference includes a practical training session titled “PR Lab – Press Service Workshop,” led by Beruniy Alimov, Head of the National Media Education Center. The training will focus on modern communication formats, innovative approaches, and the development of professional media skills.
The participation of representatives from the Ministry of Ecology and its subordinate bodies in the conference provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss current approaches to working with information, and strengthen the Ministry’s internal and external communications.
