The festival opened with a bicycle ride, symbolizing a commitment to eco-friendly transportation and an active lifestyle. Throughout the day, participants engaged in various wellness activities, including Hatha yoga, Jivamukti yoga, kids’ yoga, and SUP yoga on water. Sound healing sessions with Tibetan singing bowls created an atmosphere of deep relaxation and inner balance.
In the masterclass zone, guests explored a variety of hands-on experiences such as nail board standing, neck and hand massage, floristry, tea ceremonies, kombucha brewing, the basics of neurographics, and received consultations from a nutritionist. All activities focused on health, creativity, and family interaction.
The “TepLo Market” handicraft fair featured artisanal goods, and a play area was set up for children. A key environmental component of the festival was a “plogging” initiative — a group clean-up activity combining jogging with litter collection in nature.
The festival served as a vivid example of how care for oneself, nature, and the community can be brought together in a shared space, filling the weekend with meaning, inspiration, and harmony.
