The exhibition is held within the framework of the Year of Environmental Protection and Green Economy, initiated by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and reflects the country’s growing role in the global climate agenda.
What to expect from Eco Expo?
– High-level program: Over the course of three days, dozens of panel sessions, presentations, and discussions will take place on relevant topics including: climate finance, digital innovations, green energy, water resources, circular economy, sustainable agriculture, and transport.
– Large-scale participation: More than 10,000 participants and 500 organizations are expected – from startups and investors to representatives of international organizations and governments – making the exhibition an ideal platform for networking, promoting initiatives, and attracting investments.
– Practical agenda: Participants will have access to real case studies of sustainable development, financing strategies, and innovative technologies. They will also be able to hold bilateral meetings and present their initiatives within a special institutional pavilion.

Uzbekistan has already established itself as a regional eco-hub by hosting major international forums such as CRIC-21, CMS COP14, and the Samarkand Climate Forum, and is preparing for CITES COP20. Eco Expo will be the next step in this sustainable journey.
