Cases of Illegal Fishing Detected in Urtachirchik District

The raid was organized to ensure the implementation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 80 dated February 9, 2024, "On the Approval of Fishing Regulations in Natural Water Bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan."
During the raid, it was established that two individuals — A.N. and S.N. — were illegally fishing using nylon nets. Administrative protocols were drawn up against the violators in accordance with Part 4 of Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The collected materials have been submitted to the judicial authorities for legal assessment.
Additionally, more than 4,000 meters of abandoned nylon nets were seized during the raid. Control measures are ongoing.
