The Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change has launched the "Yashil Makon" platform.
This platform provides open access to data showing exactly where trees have been planted across the country, how many have been planted, and which species were used. Environmentally conscious citizens can use the platform to monitor the nationwide initiative to plant 200 million trees, ensuring transparency and public oversight.
To use the platform, visit yashilmakon.eco. From there, users can navigate to their desired section, take appropriate actions, or follow the planting process in real time, including receiving information about trees in different neighborhoods.
The platform also allows users to see where, when, and how many trees have been planted. Photos documenting the planting process are available, and citizens can participate in tree planting events, support green initiatives and connect with like-minded individuals.
