Employees of the Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of Fergana region together with the Internal Affairs Department of Kuva district conducted another operational raid.
During the raid, the fact of illegal sale of a bird of prey listed in the Red Book of the Republic of Uzbekistan - golden eagle by citizen I.N. via messenger Telegram was established. The relevant documents were drawn up, the raptor was seized from the citizen as material evidence and temporarily placed in the zoo of Fergana region.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the citizen under Article 92 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and a fine of 5 BCV - 1 million 875 thousand sums was imposed.
