National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The process will take place in three stages. During the first stage (April 5–14), citizens can submit their project proposals through the portal. In the second stage (April 15–20), submitted projects will be reviewed and selected based on established criteria and requirements. The third stage (April 21–30) will feature public voting for the shortlisted projects.

The projects that receive the highest number of votes will be declared winners. They will be included in the official list for funding, and based on them, new “green gardens” and “green public parks” will be developed.

For reference: this year a total of 52 billion sums has been allocated for the implementation of the project. The funds will be distributed in equal shares among 208 districts and cities, in the amount of at least 250 million sums each.
