The activities of an enterprise that has not received an ecological expertise report have been suspended

The inspection found that the dust and gas filtration system, which is supposed to capture pollutants from coal combustion, was malfunctioning, causing emissions to exceed the legal limits. As a result, the enterprise’s director was fined 3 BCV under Part 1, Article 86 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Despite this, the company failed to replace the faulty equipment, sparking public complaints. "ShANS" LLC also ignored a formal request to address the issue.
Under Article 25 of Uzbekistan’s Law "On Environmental Protection," businesses are not permitted to operate without a positive conclusion from the state ecological expertise.
Since the company failed to comply with environmental regulations and continued operating without the required approval, the Khojaabad Interdistrict Economic Court has temporarily suspended "ShANS" LLC until it obtains the necessary expertise approval.
