During the raid, a case of illegal saxaul transportation involving a "UAZ" vehicle with three individuals was identified. When attempting to apprehend the offenders, they resisted and deliberately damaged the inspectors' service car before fleeing the scene.

To identify the offenders, an investigation was conducted by the prosecutor's office, and the collected case documents were submitted to the court.

Following the case review, the district court imposed penalties on the three individuals in accordance with part 1 of article 79 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The penalties included fines and compensation for environmental damage amounting to 41 million 625 thousand sums.

Additionally, the offenders were ordered to pay 6 million sums to cover the damage caused to the official car.
