In particular, offenses related to illegal waste disposal were committed by citizens of S.A., A.A., P.S. and R.M. in the mahallas "Guliston", "Guliraykhon" and "Gazchi" of Khiva. A similar offense was committed by a citizen I.D. in the makhalla "Kuhna Gala" in Urgench.
An administrative protocol has been drawn up in relation to the offenders in accordance with Part 1 of Article 91 of the note.1 Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility. Citizen S.A. was fined in the amount of 3 BCV, for the rest of the violators, a fine of 1 BCV was imposed.
Today, online surveillance cameras are installed in all regions of the republic. They make it possible to identify and eliminate not only illegal dumping of garbage but also other types of environmental violations.
