Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of the Khorezm region conducted another raid on the territory of the Gurlen district.
During the raid in the Chinabad mahalla, the fact of burning plant remains by a citizen of U.R. was established.
For information: the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan pays special attention to environmental protection. In particular, article 62 obliges citizens to take care of the natural environment.
According to the identified situation, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the offender in accordance with Part 3 of Article 88 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility, and a fine of 3 BCV—1 million 125 thousand sums was imposed.
