During the raid on the territory of the Akhangaran district, the fact of illegal hunting of a badger by a citizen of S.S. with the help of a homemade trap was established. As a result, the animal world suffered damage in the amount of 750 thousand sums.

In this regard, an administrative protocol has been drawn up against a citizen in accordance with part 4 of Article 90 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility. A fine of 25 BCV (7 million 500 thousand sums) was imposed on the offender. The documents on the case were sent to the Angren City Court for a legal assessment of the situation.

At the moment, inspectors from the Ministry of Ecology and regional divisions continue to carry out raid measures aimed at preventing illegal hunting of animals, damage to plants, and other environmental offenses.
