During the raid, it turned out that the citizens of R.E. and K.F. broke and took out saxaulbushes in a "UAZ" car from the desert area of the village of "Shalxar" in the Uchkuduk district. As a result, nature suffered damage in the amount of 10 million, 500 thousand sums.

In relation to violators of this fact, an administrative protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 79 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility, and a fine of 18 million 750 thousand sums was imposed. In total, they will have to pay compensation in the amount of 29 million 250 thousand sums.

During the raid in the Alat district of the Bukhara region, cases of damage to the saxaul were identified, and fines of 14 million 625 thousand sums were imposed on violators.

Violators engaged in poaching were brought to justice.

For reference, from October 1 to the present, the Department of Ecology of the Navoi region has identified 5 cases of harm to saxaul. An administrative protocol has been drawn up against all violators under part 1 of Article 79 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility. Totally all fines amounted to 46 million 875 thousand sums, and the damage amounted to 31 million 500 thousand sums.
