District department of the Talas district of the Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of the Samarkand region conducted another control raid.
During the raid on the territory of the Xojayuz mahalla, a citizen U. Z. was detained, who cut down 1 healthy mulberry tree without appropriate permission. As a result, nature suffered damage in the amount of 71 million 250 thousand sums.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the violator in accordance with Part 1 of Article 79 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a fine of 10 BCV – 3 million 750 thousand sums was imposed. U.Z. will pay a total of 75 million sums for his violation.
