Following the complaint, officers of the Environmental Police, together with specialists from the regional Department of Ecology and Climate Change, conducted an inspection of the private company “H.S.”, which specialises in the production of household soap. The relevant authorised body was duly notified. The inspection revealed several violations of environmental requirements.

In particular, the company was not equipped with modern dust and gas filtration systems, resulting in the release of pollutants into the atmosphere without proper treatment. Laboratory tests showed that certain chemical parameters in the emissions exceeded the established limits. Furthermore, the company did not have a positive conclusion from the state environmental review.

In response to these violations, the company's operations have been temporarily suspended until all identified shortcomings are rectified.

For reference: earlier, the operations of a greenhouse facility in Tashkent were also suspended due to coal burning in violation of environmental requirements and the use of a faulty filtration system.
