During the raid on the territory of the construction site on Foziltepa mahalla Bugobod Street, the fact of concreting the base of the plane tree by citizen I.D. was revealed. As a result, damage in the amount of 1 million 500 thousand sums was caused to nature.
Regarding the situation in relation to the violator, an administrative protocol has been drawn up in accordance with article 79 of Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan. I.D. was fined in the amount of 50 BCV—18 – 18 million 750 thousand sums. For his actions, the offender will have to pay a total of 20 million 250 thousand sums.
For information: according to Article 79 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan, illegal felling, uprooting, damage, destruction, or transplantation of trees, shrubs, other plants, and seedlings – entails the imposition of a fine on citizens from twenty-five to fifty, and on officials — from fifty to seventy-five basic calculation values.
