During the raid, a violation of environmental legislation was identified in the "Yuqori Darxon" mahalla. Specifically, it was established that coal was being used as fuel in the boiler room of a greenhouse in breach of environmental requirements. The filter installed on the boiler equipment was also found to be faulty, posing a risk of adverse impacts on ambient air quality.
In response to the violation, the greenhouse’s operations were temporarily suspended until the filter is repaired and restored to proper working order. The responsible person was fined in accordance with the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
