Department of Ecology of the city of Zarafshan of Navoi region, together with the Department of Internal Affairs of the region, conducted another raid event on the night of October 7-8 at 02:30.
During the raid on the territory of the 1st microdistrict of the city of Zaravshan, the offender, K.A., who was illegally hunting 6 wild rabbits, was stopped by a Niva car. As a result, nature was damaged in the amount of 2 million 250 thousand sums.
The offender's car was sent to the penalty parking lot, and the hunting weapon was handed over to the employees of the internal affairs bodies.
In relation to the offender in accordance with Part 4 of Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan. An administrative protocol has been drawn up and sent to the judicial authority.
