The campaign was organised in accordance with the Presidential Decree of 20 October 2025, "On Additional Measures for the Development of the State Language". Employees of the Committee’s central office tested their Uzbek writing skills, knowledge of spelling rules and proficiency in written communication.
The event highlighted the importance of the mother tongue as an inexhaustible source of national spiritual heritage. Respecting and honouring one’s native language is not only a responsibility shared by all, but also a profound human duty. As long as the Uzbek language lives, the Uzbek people, their literature, culture and traditions will endure.
The Committee places particular emphasis on ensuring that official documentation is properly maintained in the state language and that legislation governing its use is strictly observed. Employees’ thorough knowledge of the state language and ability to write accurately play an important role in this process.
As part of the campaign, participants completed a dictation on the richness of the Uzbek language and the preservation of its distinctive character. Their work was assessed in terms of their command of literary Uzbek, adherence to linguistic standards and rules in their professional activities and knowledge contributing to strengthening the prestige and enhancing the status of the state language.
