Pursuant to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 245 of 15 May 2026, the right to use wild plants for special purposes is granted through open electronic auctions.

The lots available for auction include liquorice and other medicinal plants, depending on the lots offered, as well as rosehip, hawthorn, harmala, St John’s wort, ziziphora, plantain, Turkestan bugle and other plant species.

Participating in the auction offers the following opportunities:
- Legal authorisation: the right to collect and harvest plants within approved quotas.

-New business opportunities: expansion into raw material processing, product manufacturing and export activities.
