During the operation, one homemade electric fishing rod, four monofilament fishing nets, two flashlights, as well as 37 carp, 6 eels and 3 catfish were found in the possession of a citizen identified as N.U. in Ellikqala District. It was also established that the individual had been fishing in the Akcha collector-drainage canal in Ellikqala District in violation of the established procedures and requirements, using prohibited fishing gear, including an electric fishing rod and monofilament nets. As a result, significant damage was caused to the environment.

Relevant documents are being prepared in accordance with the established procedure in connection with the violation. The collected materials will be submitted to the prosecution authorities for a legal assessment, consideration of the issue of compensation for the environmental damage caused and the adoption of appropriate measures in accordance with the law.
