During the raid, the fact of illegal felling of 2 mulberry trees, 2 walnut trees, and 1 willow by a resident of the Tosharik mahalla of the Akhangaran district, a citizen of B.D., was established. The violator was detained on the spot with physical evidence while loading the felled trees into an Isuzu truck.

According to this fact, the inspectors have drawn up an act in accordance with the established procedure. According to the relevant annex to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated August 22, 2022, No. 464, "On further improvement of the procedure for planting, caring for, and using trees and shrubs not included in the State Forest Fund", the estimated damage to nature amounted to 260 million sums. The confiscated vehicle was temporarily placed in a parking lot on the basis of the corresponding paragraph of Article 291 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The collected documents on the case were sent to the Tashkent Regional Prosecutor's Office for a legal assessment of the situation.
