National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Around 2,000 schoolchildren, university students and young environmental activists took part in the competitions. Participants competed in 2 km and 5 km running events, as well as cycling races covering 2.5 km for girls and 5 km for boys.
In the 2 km girls’ race, Charoskhon Khushvaqtova, a student at the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sport, took first place, while students of School No. 13 Shirina Toyirova and Maftuna Abdurahmonova finished second and third, respectively. In the men’s race, Dynamo sports society representatives Nodirbek Mutalipov and Mukhriddin Mirzalipov took first and second places, respectively, while Shahriyor Shodiyev, representing the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sport, finished third.

In the 5 km women’s race, Iroda Olimova took first place, Kristina Ivanova finished second and Laylo Davletyorova came third. Among the men, Jobir Qahhorov took first place, Bekzod Boymatov finished second and Akmal Urinov came third.
In the cycling race, Mohina Elmurodova took first place among the girls, followed by Anastasia Safonova in second and Sevinch Gulshanova in third. Among the boys, Tiloviddin Mamarajabov took first place, Ozod Shokirov finished second and Amir Toshboyev came third.

As part of the national "Green Games" plogging competition, participants collected nearly 500 kg of waste. Among the girls, Marjona Khayrullayeva took first place, Nilufar Sunnatova finished second, while Dilmira Aripbayeva and Jasmina Muftillayeva shared third place. Among the boys, Bayramali Kholmurodov took first place, Abubakir Abdulazizov finished second and Behruz Qodirjonov came third.

The competitions concluded with a concert programme and an awards ceremony. The first-place winners received electric scooters, the second-place winners were awarded e-scooters and the third-place winners received bicycles.
