State inspectors of the Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of the Andijan region conducted another control raid.
During the raid, the fact of illegal extraction of sand by a citizen of M.K. with the help of an excavator controlled by him from the riverbed flowing through the territory of the mahalla "Andijon" of the Altynkul district was established.
On this fact, an administrative protocol has been drawn up against a citizen in accordance with Part 1 of Article 70 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The violator was fined 30 BCV—10 million, 200 thousand sums.
For information: raids to combat illegal mining of sand and gravel products are continuing. Such violations are grounds for legal liability.
