National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The course is being offered in accordance with Resolution No. 234 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated May 11, 2026. Training will be provided by the Center for Retraining and Professional Development of Environmental Protection Professionals. The course starts on September 21 and will run for one month.

The programme will cover key areas of environmental protection and regulation, including environmental legislation, Environmental Impact Assessment, state environmental review, screening and scoping, Strategic Environmental Assessment, air quality protection, water and land resource management, biodiversity conservation, waste management and other relevant areas.

The course will combine classroom learning with practical sessions and will conclude with a final assessment. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive an official professional development certificate.
