The Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change of the Bukhara region constantly conducts raid measures to control violations of the requirements of atmospheric air protection.
During the raids over the past 9 months, it turned out that a total of 1,356 citizens committed offenses. Of these, 117 offenders are officials. Among the violations: burning of construction waste, plant residues in fields and settlements, etc.
According to these facts, administrative protocols have been drawn up against citizens under Article 88 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Violators were fined a total of 332 million sums.
