The appeal was studied by state inspectors of the Departments of Ecology of Kattakurgan and Narpay districts with the participation of residents of this mahalla. During the investigation, it was established that a resident of the mahalla "Bogot" of the Kattakurgan district illegally extracted a sand and gravel mixture from the bed of the Karadarya River flowing through the territory of the mahalla "Nayman".
According to this fact, an administrative protocol has been drawn up against the offender under Part 1 of Note 1 of Article 70 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was fined 30 BRV—10 million 200 thousand sums.
Also, during another raid conducted in the Narpay district, the fact of illegal extraction of sand and gravel mixture from the Karadarya riverbed by a resident of the mahalla "Mustakillik" S.R. was established.
According to this fact, an administrative protocol was drawn up against S.R. in accordance with Part 1 of Article 70 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a fine of 20 BCV—6 million 800 thousand sums was imposed. It was also established that damage to nature in the amount of 1 million 172 thousand sums was caused. In total, the violator will have to pay 7 million 972 thousand sums.
