During the raid in the Nukus district, the fact of illegal extraction of sand and gravel mixture on reserve lands by citizen A.N. was established.
According to this fact, an administrative protocol was drawn up against citizen A. N. Under Part 1 of Article 70 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a fine of 10 BCV —3 million, 400 thousand sums was imposed.
