During the operation in "Kuksaroy" mahalla, inspectors discovered parts of a Siberian ibex (Capra sibirica) carcass being offered for sale. The subsequent investigation established that the animal had been illegally hunted by citizen U.M. without the required authorization. The investigation found violations of Articles 32 and 33 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Protection and Use of Wildlife", as well as Articles 17, 23 and 27 of the Law "On Hunting and Hunting Management".

The illegal hunting resulted in damage to wildlife estimated at 6.18 million sums.

The case file is currently being prepared for submission to the competent judicial authorities for legal review and further action in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
