Between 15 June and 16 July this year, Environmental Police officers carried out a series of enforcement raids that resulted in the identification of 21 cases involving the illegal dumping of construction waste from vehicles at unauthorised locations. Administrative offence reports were issued against the violators under Part 3 of Article 91¹ of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility and financial penalties were imposed. In addition, 14 vehicles were impounded.

Furthermore, following repeated offences involving the illegal dumping of construction waste at unauthorised locations, case materials concerning two trucks have been prepared and referred to the competent courts, in accordance with the established legal procedure, for consideration of their confiscation.
