Recommendations provided for the timely and high-quality implementation of assigned tasks

The seminar brought together representatives of the Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Justice, as well as senior officials and responsible staff members of the Committee’s central office and its subordinate organizations. During the event, it was emphasized that the tasks set out in Presidential Decree No. 117 of 25 July 2025, “On Additional Measures to Further Strengthen Executive Discipline in State Bodies and Organizations,” are of particular importance for ensuring and reinforcing executive discipline.
Representatives of the Chamber of Accounts and the Ministry of Justice provided detailed explanations of the current regulatory and legal framework governing the implementation of legislative documents. Particular attention was given to the purpose and significance of the presidential decrees and resolutions aimed at further strengthening executive discipline across state bodies and organizations.
The seminar also reviewed the implementation of assignments stipulated by legislative acts during the first half of 2026 within the Committee’s central office and its subordinate organizations. Participants received practical recommendations on ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of assignments through the “Ijro.gov.uz” system, properly documenting implementation results with supporting evidence, strengthening monitoring and oversight of implementation, and preventing challenges commonly encountered in practice.
During the discussions, particular emphasis was placed on the importance of maintaining regular direct dialogue with representatives of the Chamber of Accounts and the Ministry of Justice to ensure the timely completion of assignments approaching their deadlines or those at risk of delayed implementation.
At the conclusion of the seminar, specific tasks were identified to ensure the timely, comprehensive, and high-quality implementation of all assignments scheduled for the second half of 2026, strengthen day-to-day oversight of executive discipline, provide regular updates to the leadership and establish sustained coordination among the responsible structural divisions.
