Khashar is organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, the Mahalla Association of Uzbekistan, the "Mahalla" Charitable Public Fund, the "Nuroniy" Foundation on Social Support of Veterans of Uzbekistan, the Federation of Trade Unions, the Agency for Youth Affairs, local executive authorities, and representatives of the public.

The event aims to prepare for the celebration of the 33rd anniversary of Uzbekistan's independence and beautify streets and districts of the country.

During the khashar period, work will be carried out on the improvement of mahallas, residential areas, avenues, shrines, cemeteries, playgrounds, and other territories, as well as work on pruning and caring for trees.
