A verdict was passed on citizens who caught Red Book fish

For information: On December 16, 2023, 4 citizens were detained on Lake Agitma in Bukhara region, illegally catching 12 Turkestan barbels listed in the Red Book of Uzbekistan, 7 Asian-European carp, 17 carp, and 1 shem fish with the help of a prohibited fishing net. As a result, the damage caused to the animal world amounted to 292 million, 162 thousand sums.
In relation to 3 offenders on this fact, in accordance with part 3 of Article 202 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a punishment in the form of restriction of liberty for a period of 4 years and 6 months was imposed.
Also, about another offender, T.R., according to paragraphs "g", "e", "j", in Part 3 of Article 202 of the Criminal Code, with the application of Article 57 of the Criminal Code, a punishment in the form of restriction of liberty for 2 years was imposed.
