Illegal Disposal of Construction Waste Identified

The inspections revealed multiple instances of illegal waste disposal in unauthorized locations. In particular, monitoring activities conducted in the Yukorichirchiq, Kuyichirchiq, Zangiata and Kibray districts of the Tashkent Region established that 23 individuals had unlawfully disposed of construction waste in unauthorized areas using their vehicles.
Similar violations were identified in Tashkent City, involving five individuals in Yangihayot District, two individuals in Yunusabad District and eleven individuals in Sergeli District. In addition, one driver was found to have committed a repeated violation of waste disposal regulations within a one-year period.
Following the inspections, the relevant case materials are being referred to law enforcement authorities for further legal proceedings in accordance with established procedures. The submitted materials will also serve as the basis for considering the confiscation of vehicles used in the commission of the offences, as provided for by applicable legislation.
