During the raid, the arson of 47 agricultural land plots was established. Based on Article 88 of Part 3 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan, administrative protocols have been drawn up against 35 offenders, and fines totaling 100 BCV—34 million sums have been imposed.

It was also established that, as a result of the incident, the heads of farms caused damage to nature in the total amount of 107,655,000 sums. The collected documents on these violations committed by officials were sent to the Izbaskansky District Court for Criminal Cases to initiate criminal proceedings based on the requirements of Part 3 of Article 245 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

For information: before the start of the harvest season, employees of the Department of Ecology of the Izbaskan district sent written appeals to all heads of farms asking them not to set fire to land plots freed from grain crops. The appeal contained a warning that burning straw entails liability in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the protection of atmospheric air".
