In Tashkent, Repeat Illegal Waste Dumping Case Referred to Court

Eco-Police officers from the Main Department of Ecology and Climate Change of the Tashkent Region carried out another inspection in Tashkent district.
During the operation, it was found that a citizen identified as I.F. had illegally dumped construction waste in an unauthorized area within "Kirarik" mahalla.
It is worth noting that in February of this year, the same individual had already committed a similar offence in Kibray district. At that time, an administrative report was drawn up under Part 3 of Article 91(1) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, and a fine of 4,120,000 sums was imposed.
As the offence was repeated within a one-year period, a new administrative report has been drawn up under Part 4 of Article 91(1). The case materials have been submitted to court for legal consideration, including a request to examine the possible confiscation of a MAN vehicle.
