“The inspection found that no permits had been obtained from the relevant authorities for any construction works on the green area adjacent to House No. 30-A, including the construction of retail facilities or any concreting works. In addition, no environmental impact assessment has been conducted,” said Shokhjakhon Abdurakhmonov, Inspector of the Mirzo-Ulugbek District Ecology Department.
The review also confirmed that no instances of tree felling or destruction were identified at the site.
As a result, the entrepreneur was issued a mandatory notice prohibiting any damage to or removal of trees, provided a written guarantee and received an official warning.
All fruit and ornamental trees in the area have now been placed under the supervision of the Tashkent City Department of Ecology and Climate Change.
