As a result of the study, the fact of cutting down a healthy populus by a citizen of U.I. on the territory of preschool educational institution No. 6, located in the mahalla of Islamabad, Narpai district, was established.
According to this fact, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the violator under Part 1 of Article 79 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a fine of 25 BСV–8,500,000 sums was imposed. Also, the damage to nature amounted to 1,020,000 sums.
We remind you that during the moratorium on cutting down trees and shrubs that are not included in the state forest fund, it is strictly prohibited to cut down trees without appropriate permits. The amount of fines for such violations is increased by 5 times, and the amount of damage is collected by 2 times the amount.
