Specifically, it was established that citizen R.H. in the “Lola” mahalla of Namangan city, Namangan Region; citizen M.N. in the “Guliston” mahalla of Yangi-Namangan district; and citizen A.A. in Namangan city carried out illegal waste dumping.

In addition, citizen Kh.Zh. in the city of Shirin, Syrdarya Region; citizen O.M. in the “Shodlik” mahalla of Gulistan city; and citizens M.N. and K.Kh. in the “Fayzobod” mahalla of Yangiyul city, Tashkent Region, disposed of waste in unauthorized areas.

Administrative offence reports have been drawn up against the violators in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility, and appropriate measures have been taken in the prescribed manner.

For reference: a Situation Centre has been established within the National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change, where round-the-clock monitoring of online surveillance cameras installed across all regions of the country is carried out. Identified cases are promptly reviewed by environmental inspectors, appropriate measures are undertaken in accordance with established procedures and the recorded violations are duly addressed.
